About Me

I have taken 'standard' portraits for a number of years and have a studio with multiple flash heads and backdrops. Although I have occasionally taken portraits on commission I mainly create images for my own enjoyment and for display in local exhibitions.

In more recent years I have leaned towards digital manipulation and now find myself taking pictures more as a starting point for a final image that will normally be manipulated or composited in some way.

I am looking for interesting models who I can use as parts of a final image. In most cases the image will start off as a conventional portrait so it should be possible for the model to get the initial image for their portfolio even if the final manipulated image is only useful to myself.

At the moment my uploaded images are mostly the standard portraits although 'Juliet as a statue' and 'Hula-hooper' give examples of some of the less extreme manipulation. If you want to see some of the things I do with manipulation then look at the creatures section of my website. Ideally I'd like to use some of those ideas but working with people.
