The definition of photographer is one who paints with light. This makes it tough to define what makes a true photographer. Some say its one with technical skill while others argue the creativity and the vision of the photographer.
I started to discover my artistic ability in the fifth grade. I drew cartoons and random assortment of others things. This was a continuous hobby that killed time in class and at home. When I got to high school, I joined the yearbook staff. I was not the official photographer but I took pictures because the ones I had to work with sucked. I developed my own color photographs in the photo lab of UCI. During my college years, I fine tune my skills in Life Drawing, Print Making, Lettering, Silk Screening, Etching, and various medium of art. I also took a black and white photography class but I had creative difference with the teacher. The lab portion of the class was the one I always attended and I some how missed out on the lecture. Fast forward to the present day, I have gone through an assortment of film and digital cameras. I have invested in soft boxes, mono lights, and all sorts of photo goodies. My future goal is to open a studio where I can continue my love for photography and to teach my experience with fellow shutterbugs. I hope to make my name a household name. I envision to have one of my photograph in every single household of the world.
