It's been legal since 1992 in New York State for a woman to be topless in public - anywhere in public a man can be. That makes NY one of only five or six states where that's true. See my profile for more on this law, and the photography series I've been shooting based on it.
If you live in NYC, you know that Halloween can be a crazy evening - everybody's in costume, bar-hopping and partying. I'd like a model willing to dress as Little Red Riding Hood to go out in public, with the interesting twist that the red hood and cape will be all you're wearing on top - you'll be topless otherwise.
Make sure you understand that before you contact me for this casting: You will be topless in public. It's perfectly legal, but you will get more attention than usual. :) And this shoot MUST take place on Halloween - exact time is flexible, but it needs to be after people start going out to party, i.e., at least mid to late afternoon.
